KAAMUNE FOUNDER 

Healer, Teacher, Psilocybin Guide 

My name is Sylvia Spencer, an Egyptian-American and one the co-founders of Kaamune, a non-profit organization created to help people find holistic healing and spiritual enlightenment through the wisdom of our ancestors. 

This life has taught me many things and my most important takeaways are faith, family, and community. 

I was taught from a very young age to value hard work and everything that entails, which inadvertently taught me how to work hard for someone else. But not anymore, through this work of self exploration and self examination I am continuously evolving and have learned to fully embrace myself, let go of what no longer serves me and truly live in my purpose. To be a beacon of hope and encouragement in my community. I believe every life matters, every story is unique, and everyone deserves as many chances as they need to live a happy fulfilled life. 

Finally I have reached a level of consciousness to fully give back what has been very near and dear to my heart and kept in quarantine for far too long. As I fill my cup up daily through prayer, meditation, and movement I am refreshed, restored, and renewed to pour back into a community from a cup that is overflowing with every bit of goodness that has been so freely given to me. Allow my light to find yours and we will make this world an even brighter place. :)
